We currently cover parts of North and West Yorkshire and are expanding our fleet soon. If you’re just outside our area, don’t worry — simply request to book now with your address, and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability. We’re always happy to go the extra mile for our customers.

How far in advance do I need to book?We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your slot, but if your postcode is scheduled for that day and we have availability, you can book even on short notice.

What are your working hours?We work in time windows between 8:00AM and 8:00PM, with the last slot starting around 6:00PM (2 Hour Slots)

How do I book a service?Booking is quick and easy through our website. Just choose your preferred date and time after selecting which service you'd like, — making sure to check that we’re covering your area on that day. Then request to book how ever many vehicles standard or large - (If the amount of vehicles needed is not on there, please contact us over the phone or by E-Mail). Then enter your details on the booking form. Now you're good to go! You'll be sent an E-Mail to confirm your booking. Alternatively, you can contact us over the phone, email, or social media to book directly.

Can I book for a day you’re not in my postcode area?No — bookings must match the day we are covering your postcode area in that week. If a booking request is made outside of your area’s day, it may be declined or rescheduled.

What services do you offer?We currently offer mobile valeting only. This includes full interior and exterior cleans for cars and vans. We also offer value options like the Driveway Deal for two or more cars, and our Clubhouse Membership for regular customers.

What’s the Driveway Deal?Book two or more vehicles at the same home address and save on each valet. Standard cars: £55.00 each | Large vehicles: £65.00 each. Driveway Deals are for residential addresses only. Vehicles must belong to the same household, and proof of ownership may be requested. Not available for workplaces, businesses, or public car parks.

Can I use the Driveway Deal more than once?Yes — you can use the Driveway Deal multiple times as long as each booking follows the rules.

What is Shorty’s Clubhouse?Our Clubhouse Membership is for customers who want their vehicle valeted every 4 or 8 weeks at a fixed discounted rate. Perks include a free Shield Coat every 3rd visit, priority rescheduling if needed, early access to upgrades, and invites to upcoming events and company collabs like Cars & Coffee.

Can I add multiple vehicles to my Clubhouse Membership?Yes — if you own multiple vehicles, you can add them to your Clubhouse Membership at discounted rates. Proof of ownership may be requested.

What if I saw a special offer advertised?If you’ve seen a promotional offer (e.g., on social media, website, leaflets, or billboards), you must inform our team before payment is made. While staff usually know about current offers, it’s your responsibility to mention it at the time. Discounts cannot be applied after payment. Proof of the offer may be requested.

How do you classify vehicle sizes?The attending Operative will decide whether your vehicle is classed as Standard or Large at the time of service. Large vehicles include all vans, SUVs (e.g., Range Rover, BMW X5, Audi Q7), 7-seaters (e.g., Ford Galaxy, VW Touran), and pickups (e.g., Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux). Standard vehicles include hatchbacks, saloons, and smaller estate cars (e.g., Ford Fiesta, VW Golf, BMW 3 Series).

What if my car is very dirty or muddy?If a vehicle is heavily soiled with thick mud, building site debris, or extreme contamination, the valet may be refused. If you think your vehicle might fall into this category, please contact our team before booking — we may recommend reserving two time slots (up to 4 hours) to ensure there’s enough time to complete the job properly. Please note: in these cases, the cost for both time slots will apply.

When and how do I pay?Payment is due after the service is completed. We accept card, contactless, cash, or bank transfer. If immediate payment isn’t made, payment must be completed by bank transfer within 7 days. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

What happens if it rains?We continue working in light or heavy rain. In heavy rain, we’ll apply a free Shield Coat to help protect your paintwork. Only in extreme weather (storms, floods) may the service be rescheduled.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?We prefer at least 7 days’ notice where possible. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice before your valet, an £18 cancellation fee will apply. Please note: if your booking was made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the same cancellation fee still applies if it is cancelled.

What happens if you’re running late?While delays are rare, they can happen due to traffic or other unavoidable issues. If we are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated arrival time.

How do I cancel my Clubhouse Membership?You can cancel your Clubhouse Membership at any time by contacting us via email or phone with your full name, vehicle registration, and booking details. If you also want to cancel an upcoming valet, we prefer 7 days’ notice. If the valet is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the £18 cancellation fee will apply.

Can I leave my keys if I won’t be home?Yes — but keys must be left securely with a trusted neighbour, family member, or workplace manager. Keys must not be hidden or left unattended. You must also call management before the valet to confirm key access details. Our contact team will verify booking information to ensure everything is in order before proceeding.
